Due to the nature of our products and limited availability, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed and processing has begun.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues, but feel free to reach out and we’ll try to help where possible.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, customers agree to this policy and acknowledge the stated processing and shipping times. Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered orders or agreed processing times may be disputed with proof of purchase and tracking confirmation.
